Refund and Cancellation Policy

Applies to: Purchases made directly on supacharge.me or within Supacharge's own checkout flows (not third-party stores).

Supacharge may process a refund only in these cases:

  1. Duplicate charge for the same order.
  2. Unauthorized/fraudulent charge confirmed by our payment partner.
  3. Non-delivery caused by Supacharge where access was never provisioned and we cannot remedy after you notify us and cooperate in troubleshooting.
  4. Other statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
