Applies to: Purchases made directly on supacharge.me or within Supacharge checkout flows.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2) Eligibility

You must be capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. If you act for an institution you confirm authority to bind it.

3) Account and Security

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may require OTP, device verification, and re-authentication.

4) Access, Fair Use, and Device Limits

Single device only: Your paid access is bound to the first device that logs in after purchase.

Limited switching: You may switch devices up to two times during the paid term. After two switches, your access will be bound to the last device used.

Concurrent sessions: Simultaneous sessions are not allowed.

Automation and scraping: Bots, scraping, bulk export, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.

Technical controls: We may enforce device fingerprinting, IP checks, session caps, rate limits, DRM, and watermarking.

5) Sharing and Abuse

Account sharing is prohibited. Evidence of sharing or evasion of device binding may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban without refund. We log device, IP, and usage telemetry to prevent abuse.

6) License and Intellectual Property

We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Supacharge for exam preparation. All content and software remain our property or our licensors'. Do not copy, mirror, redistribute, frame, modify, translate, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

7) User Content and Conduct

If you submit feedback or content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Do not interfere with the service.

8) Trials and Features

Trials provide functional evaluation access and may be time or volume limited. Features can differ between trial and paid plans. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

9) Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices may change. GST and other taxes may apply. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method. We do not store full card or UPI data. Coupons and credits have no cash value and may include extra terms.

10) Refunds and Cancellations

Supacharge provides a complete trial. All sales are final. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for narrow legal exceptions and billing errors. For subscriptions, you may cancel renewals any time before the renewal date. Past charges are not refundable.

11) Delivery of Digital Goods

eNotes and eBooks are delivered digitally inside Supacharge. No physical shipping.

12) Results and Exam Disclaimer

Supacharge is independent and not affiliated with TS-TET, CTET, APTET, or any authority. Outcomes depend on individual effort and other factors. We do not guarantee scores or pass results. Any promotional pass promise is governed by its specific written terms and is not a warranty.

13) Service Availability and Changes

Service depends on networks, devices, and third parties. Maintenance and outages can occur. We may discontinue or adjust features without notice.

14) Third-Party Services

Links and integrations are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

15) Prohibited Uses

You must not violate laws or rights, access data not intended for you, bypass security or DRM, or use the service for commercial training, resale, or test centers without a separate written license.

16) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or non-payment. On termination your license ends and access ceases. No refunds for prior charges. We may preserve records as required by law.

17) Warranties and Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for all claims in a 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid to Supacharge in that period.

19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Supacharge, its founders, employees, and partners harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

20) Communications

You consent to receive service communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app messages. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages.

21) Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that processing.

22) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Indian law governs. Exclusive jurisdiction is Hyderabad, Telangana. If arbitration is adopted later it will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with seat Hyderabad.

23) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
